Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or CODs at this time.

Coupon Codes

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the appropriate box upon checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Discount coupons are applied to only non-sale items.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge a 5% sales tax on items purchased in the state of Wisconsin.

Shipping Rates (48 states)

We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. Shipping rates are based on our actual shipping costs.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated before sales tax and promotional credits are applied. A 5% sales tax will be charged on items purchased within the state of Wisconsin.
• We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex within the continental United States.
• We cannot send orders C.O.D.
• Certain oversize items require an additional shipping charge, as noted in the item description.
• Safekiddoreserves the right to change shipping charges without prior notification.
• "Free Shipping" offers apply to orders shipping to a USA address only.

International Shipping

For orders outside the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), please contact us to request a shipping quote.

Any customs fees and/or import duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Bambino Land has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.

Shipping Times

Most orders will ship within 48 hours, but keep in mind that this time varies depending on the item(s) ordered. Also, during the busy holiday season it may take up to five business days before your order is shipped. Deliveries normally take 7-10 business days once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• At SafeKiddo, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund, minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
• All items must be returned to us within 21 days from receipt of purchase.
• All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached.
• Regular-priced items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or returned for credit to the original form of payment.
• Sale items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or a store credit will be issued to apply toward a future purchase.
• Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping and handling fees subtracted from your purchase credit.

How to make a return or exchange

Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please e-mail SafeKiddo customer service at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain an authorization code before returning your items. Items without an authorization code will not be refunded.

We will provide you with the RAC and return shipping address.

We strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx, or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

We will send you an email upon receipt of your package.

Please note that returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.
